Terms

The deal, in plain words. Using QRush means you agree to this.

Last updated: August 2026

18 and over. Full stop.

QRush is for adults. You must be 18 or older to make a page, and the cards are meant for people 18 or older. Pages that appear to involve minors — on either side — are removed immediately and the account is banned.

How the product works — and what you accept

  • Codes are single-use. A code opens once, on the first phone that scans it, and binds to that phone. There are no resets — not for you, not for us. Treat a code like a stamp: once used, it's used.
  • The receiver has 7 days to reply after opening. If they pass or the window closes, that code is done.
  • If you scan your own card, that's your problem — the code is spent. The app warns you; please believe it.
  • Chats can be ended by either side at any time, permanently. Nobody owes anybody a conversation.

Purchases

  • Code packs are digital goods, delivered instantly. Unused codes don't expire.
  • Since a code is spent the moment it's opened, opened codes aren't refundable. If something genuinely broke on our side — a code that failed through no fault of your own — email us and we'll make it right.
  • Printed card orders ship as described at checkout. Wrong or damaged prints are replaced free.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; prices include tax where required.

What gets you banned

  • Harassment: repeat cards to someone who passed or didn't reply, threats, showing up uninvited, guilt-tripping.
  • Sexual content aimed at strangers, hate, or anything illegal on your page, in your notes, games, or chats.
  • Impersonating someone else, using photos that aren't yours, or lying about your age.
  • Spraying codes at strangers' property, mass-distributing codes, or any commercial use of pages.

We can remove pages, revoke codes, and close accounts that break these rules. Paid but unused codes on a banned account are not refunded when the ban is for abuse.

The honest fine print

  • QRush introduces people; it can't vouch for them. Meet in public places and trust your instincts — the same rules as meeting anyone new.
  • The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it up, but we can't promise zero downtime, and we're not liable for a missed connection because a server hiccupped or a card got rained on.
  • You own your content. You give us permission to store and display it — that's what makes your page exist — and nothing more.
  • We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be announced in the app. QRush is operated from British Columbia, Canada, and these terms are governed by BC law.
